Querelle Vintage is operating from Berlin, Germany and ships worldwide.

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. The buyer will be notified once the item has been shipped, with details of tracking information.

Estimated transport time to EU countries approx. 3-5 business days, non-EU countries approx. 6-15 business days.

Please contact me prior to purchasing if you wish to add insurance.

Information for US customers: I am offering two shipping options.

- DHL (USPS), the lowest priced option which will be sent as a private package.

- DHL Express. They will send a link to pay the tariff invoice quickly and easily.

Store policies:

All sales are final. If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order provided you give written notice.

Querelle Vintage is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I thoroughly inspect each item before listing it and do my best to describe it accurately. Please keep in mind that you are purchasing vintage clothing. Each piece has been worn, unless stated otherwise, and has it's unique history. You may therefore find slight irregularities. All pieces are sold as is.

Sizing:

It is important to refer to the measurements provided in the listing for accurate sizing. 



Allow some ease, add a few cm/inches to your body measurements, or compare to a similar piece that you own to assure yourself of the right fit. 



You may also consider bringing the piece to a tailor, as most items can be easily altered to fit.
