1970s Emmanuelle Khanh sage green silk ensemble

A stunning sage green tie front blouse and wrap skirt ensemble by Emmanuelle Khanh from the 1970s. The set has an 1940s inspired silhouette. It is beautifully constructed and features an allover ink blot print. The cropped blouse has a plunging v-neckline, a pointed hem and airy dolman sleeves. It has a fitted waist and ties at the front. There are darts beneath the neck and on the sides of the chest. The lower back has knife pleats.
The wrap skirt features voluptuous draping, with knife pleats and a cascade beneath the button. It is fastened by a front and inner fabric covered button.

100% silk

Best suited for sizes small and medium.

Very good condition, with light signs of wear. There is some discreet discoloration, which is barely noticeable. (Eg. along the left side of the neckline and on the left sleeve cuff.)
