A beautiful madras pencil skirt by Chantal Thomass from the 1980s. The skirt features a turmeric yellow, burnt orange, burgundy, dark violet and white madras pattern and a sash, that can either be tied around the hips or into a side bow. The fabric also features an embroidered pattern. It is lightweight and has a soft, crisp feel. The skirt has been taken in at the back by the previous owner, creating an asymmetrical hem and a more fitted shape. It is fastened by a side zip closure and hook and eyelet.
