1980s Planet Alice multi-pattern patchwork pants

A colorful pair of patchwork pants by the London boutique Planet Alice from the 1980s. They feature an assemblage of floral, polka dot, brocade, velvet and sequined fabrics. They zip in the front. The lining is cotton. There is a satin woven 'Planet Alice Made in London' tag on the back. This is a rare and collectible piece.

Planet Alice was opened by Christian Paris, following the popularity of his pyschedlic/goth nightclub Alice in Wonderland (held in the premises of the former Batcave). In the 90s the boutique relocated to Los Angeles, co-run by Lee Starkey (daughter of Ringo Starr).

Best suited for size extra small. (They don't fit our mannequin.)

Very good condition. There is one tear on a patch on the back side to the right.
