A gorgeous metallic black mini skirt with tiered soft tulle ruffles by Lolita Lempicka from the 1990s. It is made a glittery black fabric, which has a lot of stretch. The hem has no stretch. The skirt fastens on back with a concealed zipper and button.

Marked size FR 40. Best suited for sizes small and medium.
