A playful black garter skirt by Plein Sud from the 1990s. The skirt features an ultra high waist, an elastic waistband and has an overlayer with satin garters attached to it. It is made of a soft and very stretchy satin. The skirts hem is slightly shorter in the front. The garters allow the skirt to be draped as a miniskirt or to reveal some leg.
Marked size F 38. Will fit sizes small, medium and large.
