A chartreuse green dress by Norma Kamali from the late 1980s. It is made of a very stretchy polyester chiffon and is semi-sheer. The dress has a formfitting silhouette, with a cowl neck which drapes over the bust. The sleeves are extra long. There are a soft velcro strips at the shoulders, for attaching shoulder pads.
